The U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) has awarded Sealing Technologies a $168.5 million task order to help the agency implement a suite of tools designed for executing defensive cyber operations (DCO).

Sealing Technologies – a veteran-owned company – is tasked with developing self-contained defense cyber weapons systems for Marine Corps DCO teams to analyze vulnerabilities, map the cyber terrain, and respond to incidents, according to an announcement from the Defense Department (DoD).

According to the DoD, the USMC Systems Command received five offers for the firm-fixed-price task order through the General Services Administration’s e-Buy portal.

Sealing Technologies will receive $24.5 million at the time of award, and perform work through September 2027.
