David Fish Moves to Technology Policy Institute

The Technology Policy Institute, a think tank focusing on the economics of innovation, technological change, and related regulation, announced Friday that David Fish is TPI’s new vice president for communications and external relations. Previously, Fish led communications for Verizon, where he focused on policy, regulatory, and related legal matters. Before joining Verizon, Fish also led communications for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, and the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
