The U.S. Air Force is looking for companies to support the service branch’s LevelUP program with cloud services and DevSecOps services that can enable the Air Force to develop new cyber capabilities, according to a solicitation released on FedBizOpps. The solicitation will close on October 17.

The solicitation notes that the Air Force is looking for cloud services, along with DevSecOps software and platform integration support, to support the Level Up program, a “cyber factory” to quickly develop new capabilities in cyberspace and scale them up. The Air Force will issue three blanket purchase agreements, valued at $95 million each, and retain about 15 contractors on the BPAs.

The objective of the cloud BPA is to procure services that “provides LevelUP and its developers a mechanism to conduct … DevSecOps, in order to integrate and test at multiple classification levels for government cloud and hybrid cloud architectures,” the solicitation states.

The Air Force is looking for providers to support the service branch at the secret level, with certification at Impact Level 5 and certification under cybersecurity frameworks from the intelligence community and the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
