Accenture announced today that it has agreed to buy Symantec’s Cyber Security Services business from Broadcom. The business being acquired includes global cyber threat monitoring and analysis services provided through six security operations centers in the U.S. and around the world, and real-time adversary and industry-specific threat intelligence and incident response services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
