The White House has nominated Anne Wagner to serve as a member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), which is an independent Federal agency that focuses on promoting and establishing fair labor practices in the Federal government.
If confirmed, Wagner will serve on the three-member FLRA alongside Chairman Susan Tsui Grundmann and Member Colleen Duffy Kiko to help oversee the labor-management relations program for more than two million non-Postal Federal employees.
According to the White House, “Anne Wagner has been Associate Special Counsel with the Office of Special Counsel since 2015. Prior to that, she served as Vice Chairman of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) after being nominated for that position by President Obama and confirmed by the Senate in 2009.”
Additionally, Wagner served as the general counsel of the Personnel Appeals Board of the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and as a board member after being appointed by the U.S. Comptroller General.
Wagner also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame as well as a law degree from George Washington University.
