New Study Finds Multi-Cloud Adoption Doubling at Enterprises

According to a new study conducted by cloud data-analytics platform Sumo Logic, multi-cloud adoption and deployments have doubled, while DevSecOps continue to grow. The study involved various companies to measure their adoption of server-less architectures and to see how well they’re performing. While multi-cloud saw growth, Amazon Web Services remained the dominant platform for Sumo Logic customers, with 70 percent using AWS. Security is still a main focus as it pertains migrating existing applications to a cloud-based structure, but the study says that the adoption of next-gen and cloud-hosted security technologies, such as Okta and Palo Alto Networks, has doubled.
