Beechcraft Defense Gets Air Force Contract
The U.S. Air Force awarded Beechcraft Defense a $60 million contract. Beechcraft is an aircraft manufacturer based in Wichita, Kan. Under the contract, the company will support the Joint Primary Aircraft Training System. Navy and Air Force pilots use Beechcraft’s T-6 Texan II trainer plane during training sessions. The contract will run for four years.
SupplyCore to Sustain Defense Vehicles
SupplyCore, a company based in Rockford, Ill., that produces military-grade technology, was awarded a $25 million contract from the Department of Defense. Under the five-year contract, SupplyCore will sustain DoD’s vehicles, providing supply chain management for thousands of tactical and commercial vehicle parts.
