“Greenstein joins HHS after serving as president at Quartet,” Greenstein’s HHS bio said. “Quartet is a technology company improving the integration of behavioral health and physical health care for patients, providers, and payers.  Prior to that, Greenstein ran an advisory firm that focused on the health care, government and technology markets across North America and China.”

Greenstein was also the Louisiana Secretary of the Department of Health and Hospitals under Gov. Bobby Jindal, in which he “led over 11,000 employees and a budget of over $9 billion.”

Geenstein takes over from Susannah Fox, who served as the HHS CTO from May 2015 to January 2017.
