Frederick Hill Leaves the Hill for FTI

Frederick Hill is the new managing director for FTI Consulting’s strategic communications unit in D.C. Previously, Hill led media outreach for both the Senate’s Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and Chairman John Thune, R- S.D. Hill logged 17 years on Capitol Hill before making the jump to the private sector. During his tenure, he dealt with a broad range of issues, including Internet regulation and space policy. He also previously held the post of spokesperson for Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., who chaired the House Oversight and Reform Committee–then known as the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
