Former DoT CIO Returns to Private Sector

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont has named Vicki Hildebrand CIO; she was CIO at the Department of Transportation before leaving the agency last week. “Vicki’s expertise and business insights will help us envision, empower, and enhance our future information technology operations, partner relationships, and customer experience for years to come. We’re excited to welcome her to our BCBSVT family,” Don George, President and CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont, said in a statement.
