The General Services Administration (GSA) is looking to industry for advice on how the agency can share and spread human centered design (HCD) practices across the Federal government, as noted in a request for information released today.
The RFI, open until November 18, is meant to help GSA understand the different options agencies have in procuring HCD services under existing contracts. GSA is working on a broader report and buying guide for customer experience services, and the feedback from this RFI will inform the agency’s work.
“We are looking forward to learning more about the capabilities that industry partners can offer agency programs as they accelerate customer-centered experiences across the Federal government,” said Matt Ford, acting chief customer officer at GSA.
The RFI asks about past experiences providing HCD services to Federal agencies, contracts that HCD providers currently hold, and the availability of small businesses.
