The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking an online assessment system to integrate with the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM’s) USA Hire to improve online Federal hiring services.

GSA’s request for information (RFI) published today said that OPM wants to expand USA Hire’s reimbursable service offerings, and that the program needs a contractor to design, host, manage, and deliver support services.

Proposed solutions should allow for assessment scheduling and report document activities, results, system performance, and system maintenance. GSA also seeks data call responses and support; system management, integration, and testing services; help desk support; data analytics; and project management and program reviews.

The RFI also seeks solutions that can fully integrate with OPM platforms like USAJOBS and USA Staffing.  Proposals also should be able to accommodate OPM’s plans to grow the USA Hire service.

“OPM plans to grow USA Hire to assess more than 400,000 Federal job applicants in Fiscal Year 2019, with a target of more than 2,000,000 assessed candidates per year in the life of this planned procurement,” the document said.

Responses to the RFI are due by July 25 to GSA.
