Marcus Collier

As senior vice president of the Health and Civilian Solutions Division, Marcus Collier leads an international organization providing innovative, tailorable solutions across the full spectrum of information technology services and business process outsourcing. The division specializes in healthcare cost and quality management informatics, large scale contact center operations and expertise-level information technology for citizen-centric government and civilian customers.
With 30 years in professional services in the federal IT market, Mr. Collier was previously the senior vice president of the Civilian and Homeland Security Division, providing the full life-cycle of IT services across the enterprise. This consisted of requirements definition, infrastructure modernization and managed services support throughout the civilian marketplace. Software engineering, portal development and maintenance, data center consolidation and cloud computing services rounded out the capabilities provided to the
expanding customer base.
Before joining General Dynamics via acquisition, Mr. Collier was employed at PRC. During this time he held a number of senior management positions while expanding the company’s presence into NAVSEA, supporting numerous shipbuilding programs as well as securing training and information technology contracts with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Army Reserves.
Mr. Collier holds a bachelor’s degree in naval architecture and marine engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Masters of Business in International Finance from the George Washington University.
