As an Enterprise Architect, Jay Campbell is aligned to support Dell Technologies, Federal’s pursuit of strategic program business. He works with the Business Development Managers to perform opportunity shaping, solution development lifecycle, and overall technical leadership to ensure compliance with Federal Program opportunity pursuits.
Prior to joining Dell in October 2021, Jay spent almost 30 years supporting the intelligence community in multiple systems engineering/program management roles as a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance contractor.
During the last 12 years, Jay lead a team of engineers responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering infrastructure hosting platforms in support of the National Reconnaissance Office mission. Continuously worked with application owners to determine their requirements for hosting, and then work with the infrastructure development contractor team to implement and deliver those requirements.
