Jack Yang

Mr. Jack Yang is a lead analyst representing the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology’s (OIT) Data Management and Analytics Directorate (DMAD). Mr. Yang began his career with VA as a process improvement professional for the Veteran Health Administration, utilizing analytics to make data driven decisions to improve inpatient flow. Mr. Yang now leads and supports major initiatives within OIT such as the development of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Scorecard, CIO Evaluation Dashboard, and Performance Measurement Catalog, all of which are value-added data driven solutions to inform decision-making and provide insight into our customer’s core activities.
Mr. Yang leads in production of key strategic and operational analysis and reporting within OIT. His efforts contribute to OIT’s overall vision to fulfill promises to our Veterans by achieving the highest level of excellence in the practice of data management and analytics.
