Barton Phillips

Barton Phillips is Vice President of Public Sector at DocuSign. He manages the fastest growing market segment at DocuSign, which includes Federal, State and Local, and Aerospace and Defense.

Prior to DocuSign, he was the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at NewBrand, a social analytics company based in Washington D.C. Barton was Area Vice President at Salesforce prior to NewBrand, where he managed the Mid Atlantic sales team for Enterprise and Public Sector organization. Prior to Salesforce, Barton worked at Siebel and Oracle.

Barton lives in Virginia with his wife and three boys. He has a MS from Carnegie Mellon and a BS from James Madison University.
