Tricia Ratliff is author of the book “Innovation as a Collaborative Game” and a member of the prestigious MindShare network of CEO’s in tech. Prior to leading SAIC’s Innovation Dojo, she served in innovation leadership roles as Chief Innovation Offer, advisor and founder of startup companies.
Degreed in Computer Science, she has presented software solutions, a unique approach to corporate mentoring programs, as well as agility and culture change at conferences, meetups, and podcasts. Embracing agile in 2002, she has been a trusted coach to executives leading transformative change initiatives and is passionate about fostering innovation for the public good.
As an accredited angel investor, she’s respected for offering pragmatic insight to other CEO’s as a pitch panel advisor and a mentor at incubators, such as Startups Ignite.
