Erin Howe is the Vice President of Global Strategy & Operations, where she is responsible for driving sales efficiency, building a robust onboarding and sales enablement program, and increasing visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs). She is dedicated to creating a streamlined experience for her organization to improve productivity and efficiency. Erin builds effective training programs that directly impact and enhance the customer experience. She is also driven by the philosophy that sales operations must partner with marketing and customer success to provide full visibility into the customer lifecycle.
Prior to joining Keeper, Howe helped build the sales operations function that supported hyper-growth at Duo Security. Erin also brings a decade of experience from ExactTarget (acquired by Salesforce), where she built the marketing and sales operations teams, and managed the P&L statement for the professional services business.
