Anthony Coe, J.D. is the Manager, Research and Consulting for Kenexa’s Employment Branding group. Since 2007, he has directed the organizational culture research process and ensures that all brand, communications plans and creative concepts are supported by solid research from company data, employee interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Some of the clients he has worked with to assess organizational culture, create engaging internal communications and develop authentic employment brands include: AMC Theatres, IKEA, Dow Corning, Northern Trust, United Health Group, Goodrich Corp., Aetna Insurance, Eli Lilly, Cabela’s, Pep Boys, and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining the Kenexa team, Mr. Coe practiced employment law for 12 years. As an attorney, he not only litigated various employment law claims, he also conducted numerous seminars and workshops on legal issues, HR practices and organizational teambuilding. Mr. Coe earned a Bachelor of Science degree and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
